Students will be evaluated daily by their preceptor using the Evaluation Tool for Anesthesia Clinical Practice. Starting phase II, students are expected to submit a minimum of one student evaluation per week with a minimum of 25 evaluations per semester. Additional evaluations subject to Clinical Coordinator request. If placed on clinical probation, additional evaluations may be required; see Clinical Dismissal for more information.
