Program Reference Requests: All requests for program references must be submitted in writing to the Program Director.
Formal Letters: A formal letter containing information from the students’ official academic file (such as competency progression, preceptor comments, and official correspondence) will be provided only if specifically requested by credentialing or privileging organizations.
Personal References:Graduates may directly request personal references from the program faculty.
