Once a course has been successfully completed, it may not be repeated unless the student is repeating the entire academic year. If a course is repeated as part of a repeat year, both grades will appear on the student’s transcript; however, the most recent grade will be used in the calculation of the grade point average and/or class rank.
Students who fail a course during a repeat academic year will be referred to the Student Performance Committee and may be subject to dismissal.
